Peter Zoller
Peter Zoller is a Professor for theoretical physics at the University of Innsbruck, and Scientific Director at IQOQI Innsbruck. His research interests include atomic physics and theoretical quantum optics, and many-body quantum physics with quantum gases, and quantum information, in close collaboration with experiment. He has trained 40 PhD students and hosted 38 Postdocs. Future ESQ Postdocs can develop their research profile benefiting from atomic physics and quantum optics, in particular quantum many-body physics at the interface to condensed matter physics and high energy physics, and quantum information.
